FASE Digital Gift Card Terms and Conditions：

1. This digital gift card is non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.

2. The digital gift card will be sent in the form of a 16-digit code to the member's account email or the recipient's email (if applicable).

3. This digital gift card can be used as an equivalent amount at checkout for all products.

4. The digital gift card can be used in conjunction with promotional discount codes during shopping.

5. Members will not earn shopping reward points when purchasing the digital gift card. After completing a transaction using the digital gift card, members will earn shopping points (1 point for every $1 spent).

6. The digital gift card is valid for one year from the date of issuance and will be void after the expiration date, with no replacements issued.

7. The digital gift card can be used multiple times until the balance is exhausted. If the total order amount is less than the balance of the digital gift card, the remaining balance can be used for the next transaction.

8. Multiple digital gift cards can be used for a single transaction to facilitate combined payments.

9. The digital gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.

10. The digital gift card is only valid for purchases made from the account that holds it and cannot be shared with other accounts.

11. The digital gift card must be used at checkout; late submissions will not be accepted.

12. If any suspicious transactions are detected, FASE will cancel the relevant orders without further notice.

13. FASE reserves the final decision in any disputes.
