Can I gain member point if I used promo code?
The discount amount deducted using a promo code will not be eligible for earning member points. For example, if you purchase a phone case for $398 and use a $30 promo code, the transaction will be eligible for earning loyalty points based on the discounted amount of $368.
How to I do if I have placed an order successfully?
After completing the transaction, you will receive an order summary email notifying you that we have received your order.
