Shipping Fee
• Free shipping for orders over HK$300. A delivery fee of HK$25 will be applied for orders below HK$300.
Shipping Service
• Our products are shipped by SF Express. You can choose 【Home Delivery】 or 【Self Pickup 】service during checkout.
【Home Delivery】
• Only applies to Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.
• An additional shipping fee of HK$20 per order will be charged for remote areas (charged at checkout): including Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Ping Chau and Lantau South.
【Self-pickup】
• You can pick up your order at SF Locker, SF Store, SF Business Station or SF Service Partner (e.g. 7-11 stores, Circle K stores, small chain stores, etc.). You can view available pick-up locations at checkout.
• If you place an order before 2 pm, the goods will be received as soon as the next working day; if you place an order after 2 pm, the goods will be received as soon as two working days. (Except public holidays and subject to location).

PRODUCT PACKAGE
Each product will be accompanied by an original FASE cardboard box to ensure that the product is protected during the shipping process.
The different styles, but they are primarily made of polycarbonate (PC), thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE).
Most of our phone case materials have passed the non-toxic testing of REACH, ensuring that they do not pose any health hazards and providing you with peace of mind while using them.
FASE offers 10 models, iPhone 15, iPhone 15 plus, iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, S23, S23 Plus, S23 Ultra, S24, S24 Plus and S24 Ultra and will gradually introduce more styles.
The weight and dimensions of the phone case vary depending on the different styles. You can visit the product page to view the relevant information.
PRODUCT WARRANT
Yes, every phone case produced by FASE comes with a 12-month warranty. If any issues arise within 10 days of purchase, you can also benefit from a one-to-one exchange.
It begins from the day of your receipt of the product. If you encounter any issues with the product, please contact us within the 10-day period by service support form.

If it is confirmed that the quality of the phone case does not meet the product standards, FASE guarantees to arrange a replacement.
If you need to request a product exchange within 10 days of receiving it or require product maintenance during the warranty period, please fill out the service support form and provide product photos/videos. Our customer service representative will respond to you via email within two working days to follow up on your order.
