Shop at FASE with a few simple steps!

- The gift card is only valid for purchasing specified items on the FASE online store during the validity period and can be used to pay for the full or partial amount of an order. The remaining balance can be used for future purchases until the expiry date (as stated on the back of each gift card).
- All stored value on the gift card will be automatically forfeited after the expiry date without further notice.
- Cardholder must keep the gift card and its 16-digit digital key in a secure place. FASE is not responsible or liable for any losses if the gift card is lost, damaged or stolen. Replacement of the gift card will be subject to FASE’s sole discretion in case of card malfunction which is not caused by the Cardholder and the defective card is returned to FASE on or before the card expiry date for cancellation.

- Gift card cannot be returned, refunded and redeemed/exchanged for cash.
- Gift card is non-reloadable.
- Any return or exchange of goods purchased with this gift card will be subject to FASE’s Refund and Exchange Policy.

- Any goods purchased with this gift card will be subject to FASE’s terms and conditions for purchase.
- FASE reserves the rights to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- FASE reserves all rights for final decisions.
