如果確認手機殼質量不符合產品標準，FASE保證安排換貨。  

如果你於收貨後10天內需要申請換貨，或於保養期內需要進行產品保養，請填寫服務支援表格，並提供產品相片/影片，客戶服務專員會於兩個工作天內透過電郵回覆你，為你跟進訂單情況。  

你需要到指定的門市進行退換。客戶服務專員會為你安排退換詳情。
