產品包裝

每件產品會附有FASE原裝紙盒，確保產品於運送過程中受到保護。

保護殼物料因不同款式而異，但主要以聚碳酸酯(PC)及熱塑性聚氨基甲酸酯(TPU)及熱塑性彈性體(TPE)製成。

部份手機殼原材料已通過REACH無毒測試，確保不會危害健康，令你安心使用。

產品保養

有的。每件由FASE所生產的手機殼均可享有12個月保養；購買後10日內出現問題更可享有一換一。

由你的收貨日開始計10日，如果產品出現了什麼問題，請於10日內請透過服務支援表格聯絡我們。

如果確認手機殼質量不符合產品標準，FASE保證安排換貨。  

如果你於收貨後10天內需要申請換貨，或於保養期內需要進行產品保養，請填寫服務支援表格，並提供產品相片/影片，客戶服務專員會於兩個工作天內透過電郵回覆你，為你跟進訂單情況。  

你需要到指定的門市進行退換。客戶服務專員會為你安排退換詳情。
