有的。每件由FASE所生產的手機殼均可享有12個月保養；購買後10日內出現問題更可享有一換一。

由你的收貨日開始計10日，如果產品出現了什麼問題，請於10日內請透過服務支援表格聯絡我們。

如果確認手機殼質量不符合產品標準，FASE保證安排換貨。  

如果你於收貨後10天內需要申請換貨，或於保養期內需要進行產品保養，請填寫服務支援表格，並提供產品相片/影片，客戶服務專員會於兩個工作天內透過電郵回覆你，為你跟進訂單情況。
